Our Mission

Helping Canada reach its targets

Canada is falling far short of its 2030 CO2 emissions reduction pathway, and even further from its 2050 targets. This leads to a reliance on foreign resources, penalties and tariffs for its exporters, and above all, inaction that will disproportionately burden future generations.

The KPIs We Track

What are our KPIs for tracking goal achievement at each stage (non-exhaustive).

Short term

  • Number of companies that have measured their impact in Canada.
  • Database of operational impact metrics (circularity index, quantity of materials used, product carbon footprint…)

Medium term

  • Number of companies in Canada that track their impact monthly.
  • Number of companies in Canada that publicly disclose their impact.
  • Responsible consumption barometers (e.g., CA Agriculture).

Long term

  • Canada’s emissions trajectory trend.
  • Evolution of Scope 3 emissions share among Canadian businesses.

Success indicators can take many forms, and to reflect the reality of our clients’ operations, a wide range of metrics can be used to capture impact and track its evolution.
